Another year is coming to an end and while a lot of us are spending those last days of 2016 looking back, we’re looking forward into 2017 full of excitement as a few of our favorite sextech projects are going into a next round.

Hot Girls Wanted – Turned on

Rashida Jones coming back to Netflix!. This time with a docuseries and sort-of sequel to her documentary “Hot Girls Wanted”, which premiered at Sundance last year and follows a bunch of young wanna-be amateur porn stars in Miami. The new series is bound to explore the stories of people, who live at the intersection of sex and technology. The series is scheduled to premiere in Spring 2017. We. can’t. wait.

Arse Electronica

After taking a break for a year, Arse Electronica, the mother of all sextech conferences, will return with its 10th edition. The only thing we know so far is, that the event will take place October 2-4 in San Francisco. Keep checking back on this blog and we’ll let you know once more details are announced!

Emily is Away Too

Emily is away? Nope. Actually she’s back and she’s bringing Evelyn with her. For those of you, who’ve enjoyed the indie game Emily is away, a griby Kyle Seeley, 2017 is starting with a treat. If you haven’t heard of the game: Basically you’re trying to hook up with Emily, who you’ve had a huge crush on for a long time by chatting with her. But things are… well… complicated. We know. Doesn’t sound very exciting, but we really urge you to give it a try. Or read this at least. Emily is away is coming back with a sequel, which will be more complex and feature more characters. So if you got swept up in the latest One Night Stand craze, we’re pretty sure you’ll be happy to meet Emily (again) next year.
